ADAMSON posted a third straight-set victory following a 25-17, 25-18, 25-16 sweep of Letran in the V-League Collegiate Challenge at the Gameville Central Park in Mandaluyong City on Saturday.
Nigerian Frances Mordi was at her usual best with 17 points on 14-of-29 kills, two service aces and a block, that went along with eight digs and six receptions for the Lady Falcons.
Adamson joined Arellano University on top of the eight-team at 3-0.
Janna Dizon also had two aces for a seven-point effort, Third Tuddao, Eloi Dote and Red Basco had six points apiece while Lana Barrera scored all of her four points in the first set. Fhei Sagaysay tossed in 10 excellent sets.
Coach JP Yude was pleased with the effort of his players during this unbeaten stretch.
“We’re always thinking na kung sino talaga pwede namin magamit, nagagamit. And so far, all of them, kahit sinong i-pasok, they are contributing,” Yude said.
