The Adamson Lady Falcons dominated the Ateneo Blue Eagles in straight sets, 25-22, 25-17, 25-11, to complete a perfect 7-0 sweep of the 2025 V-League Collegiate Challenge elimination round on Sunday at Paco Arena.
Shaina Nitura spearheaded the win with a stellar all-around performance, tallying 24 points (21 attacks, three blocks), nine digs, and nine excellent receptions. Frances Mordi added 14 points, while Abegail Segui and Lhouriz Tuddao contributed eight and seven points, respectively, as Adamson overwhelmed Ateneo in just 82 minutes.
After a tight first set, the Lady Falcons pulled away in the second with a 9-2 run and never looked back. A dominant third set, highlighted by Nitura’s service aces and powerful finishes, sealed the victory.
Zay Pacia was the lone Blue Eagle who scored in double digits with 10 points, while Alex Montoro and Grydelle Matibag chipped in five points apiece.
Adamson now heads into the playoffs as the top seed, riding high on a seven-match winning streak.
